      Yes, a tender is always free of charge. You will usually receive a message within 24 hours.

    • What information do you need for the request?

      Your ideas and wishes. If possible, more information about the assembly and the assembly location with photos and sizes.

    • Are all the products shown for sale?

      All models listed are ideas and suggestions. They are used to plan your own product.

    • How do I get a custom design?

      By telling us your wishes and ideas. Our graphic designers will develop a new, distinctive design based on your ideas.

    • How long does it take to manufacture and deliver?

      This depends on your requirements and wishes. As a rule, order processing takes about 3 to 4 weeks after order details have been clarified until delivery begins.

    • Is a building permit required?

      This depends on the country and location. A building permit is usually required for pylons or advertising structures that are particularly large and complex. Your competent authority will provide you with the respective information. We will support you in preparing the application with sketches and descriptions. On request and for an additional charge, we can also help with a calculation of the structural analysis if this is required.

    • What quality can I expect?

      We manufacture all products exclusively from high-quality and durable materials from well-known manufacturers. Production and processing are carried out according to strict quality management.

    • Which lighting technology is used?

      Modern LED lighting technology as modules, sign lights or floor spotlights from leading manufacturers with a long service life, energy efficiency and low maintenance.

    • Is professional assembly also possible?

      Naturally. We have different assembly teams that travel all over Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. We charge a flat rate, plus travel and additional costs for overnight stays. If you are interested, let us know with your inquiry.

    • What are the prices and payment terms?

      Our prices in the online shop include statutory VAT and free delivery in Germany from Papenburg to the curb. For island deliveries or deliveries abroad, we add a surcharge. You will receive a discount if you pick up the product. After full payment, production begins.

    • Warranty & complaint management

      For our products, the legal regulations for a warranty of 12 months given a professional assembly apply. Wear parts are excluded.
